Traumatic Suburbicon
#savemeaseatreviews #Suburbicon #suburbiconreview is a #psychological conundrum set in the 50s era leaving you #wondering what happens next at the odd ending and many many other #unanswered questions. The first half of the movie very slowly draws you in as a mystery, then shows you what creeps psychopaths can be... this #oddfilm labeled a comedy is #notworthwatching, in my opinion, and I would never let my kids watch, because of the #questionableethics splattering all over the screen in this movie from start to finish. There are 2 storylines playing out throughout that barely has relevance to one another except as a #smokescreen for the tortured life this young child has been granted. I’m not a fan of Matt Damon as it is and this movie is exactly why. Julianne Moore has played some diabolical characters lately, She seems to be playing roles of a goodie goodie with a #sinister side lately. I guess that gives her more depth, possibly. I guess I like happy endings! I give it 4/10 because the previews looked interesting and I thought the storyline was going one direction and then it totally took another path, there is mystery and a little comedy but not enough to save this movie. My heart goes out to this child which was exposed to a tough lot in life and lead down a terrible path of life destruction and #moraldilemmas which lead to #downfall. Looking forward to better films in the future! #sadsadsad
